Your current lesson schedule is available inside the Student Portal after you log in.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Eligible lessons may be rescheduled within 30 days, subject to Madison’s availability.
Use the Forgot Password? link on the login screen to reset your password and regain access to your account.
Private-pay lessons must be paid in advance. Per-lesson payments are due at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson.
Log in to the Student Portal and open your account or billing area to view invoices, payments, and current account information.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged in full and are not eligible for a make-up or refund.
ESA and scholarship families should follow the booking and payment process for their specific program. Contact Brilliant Voice Studio if you need help with your state’s requirements.
Use the lesson link provided for your scheduled session and log in a few minutes early so you’re ready to begin on time.
Have a reliable internet connection, charged device, water, and any assigned music, scripts, lyrics, accompaniment tracks, or other lesson materials. Also, please have a 2nd device for karaoke and backing tracks.
Short audio or video clips for personal practice may be recorded with permission. Full lessons or clips may not be shared publicly without written consent.
